The third contest on Day One of the Ashanti Region Preliminary Stage saw KNUST SHS competing against Kumasi High School and St Mary’s Girls SHS, Konongo.
KNUST SHS who was the first to pick up the NSMQ2018 Quarter finals slot came back this year with a lot of fire to secure their spot in the NSMQ2020 One-eighth stage.

KNUST SHS lost one point in the second round but still led the contest with 22 points, Kumasi High School followed closely with 20 points. St Mary’s Girls SHS still maintained their 5 points in the second round.
