Sogakofe Senior High School has made it to the One-eighth stage of the 2021 National Science & Maths Quiz Championship. The school also known as the ‘Lower Volta Varsity’ beat E.P.C. Mawuko Girls’ SHS, Ho and St. Paul’s SHS, Denu to qualify to the next stage of the competition.
The winners started off with an impressive 22 points in the first round of the contest with their closest contenders, St. Paul’s SHS scoring 8 points. The other schools picked up in the fourth and fifth rounds but that was not enough to topple the Sogakofe-based school.
