SGS Auditorium - October 15, 2024
The final contest for Day Two of the Preliminary Stage of the National Championship concluded spectacularly, with University Practice SHS leading the scores with 39 points, closely followed by Afua Kobi Ampem Girls’ SHS at 35 points.
The auditorium was filled to capacity with supporters from various schools, creating an exciting atmosphere with their enthusiastic cheers. At the end of the first round, all three schools recorded 18 points, eliciting loud applause from their respective supporters.
University Practice SHS excelled in Round Two, the Prudential Life Speed Race round, scoring 24 points, while Afua Kobi Ampem Girls’ SHS lost some ground, finishing with just 12 points.
St. Andrews SHS improved their scores in the fourth round, yet they could not catch up with University Practice SHS, who maintained their lead by a point over Afua Kobi Ampem Girls’ SHS.
In the final round, University Practice SHS solidified their position as the leading school in the final contest of Day Two at the SGS Auditorium.
Regrettably, none of the schools competing in the last contest of the day secured the Goil Riddle Bonanza.
