Isaac’s remarkable journey began in 2017 when he represented Mfantsipim School in the NSMQ, Ghana’s most anticipated academic competition. Mfantsipim School entered the competition with high expectations, and Isaac quickly established himself as a key player. His sharp intellect and quick problem-solving abilities, were instrumental in propelling his team to the Semi-final Stage, where they bowed out.
Despite their elimination, Isaac's outstanding performance, alongside his teammate, Darryl Thompson, caught the attention of many; they put up a valiant fight against the eventual 2017 NSMQ Champions, Prempeh College.
Isaac’s participation in the NSMQ showcased his deep understanding of scientific and mathematical concepts, setting the stage for his future academic and professional successes.

Following his NSMQ experience, Isaac continued to excel academically, this time on an international stage. He pursued a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics at Campbellsville University in the United States, where his academic prowess shone even brighter. Graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA, Isaac achieved the historic milestone of becoming the first African valedictorian of Campbellsville University, a remarkable achievement that underscored his dedication and leadership.
During his time at Campbellsville, Isaac distinguished himself as an outstanding student and a leader. Notably, he served as the Chapter Lead of the Google Developer Student Club, where he spearheaded various innovations. His involvement in various academic and extracurricular activities further solidified his reputation as a leader and innovator.
From NSMQ to Tech Innovation
Isaac’s journey did not stop at academic achievements. He has seamlessly transitioned from a bright student to a highly sought-after software engineer, working with some of the biggest names in the tech industry. After completing internships at Google and Meta, Isaac joined Meta Platforms Inc. as a Software Engineer, where he continues to make significant contributions to the development of innovative features in the Ads experience for users across Facebook’s family of products.
His technical skills are vast and impressive, ranging from programming languages like Java, Python, and JavaScript to tools and technologies such as Android Development, Agile, Flask, and GraphQL. Isaac has also made significant research contributions, including a published paper on transmembrane protein analysis, where he was the first author. His work at Meta, as well as other leading tech companies demonstrates his commitment to driving innovation and improving user experiences on a global scale.
